I made a purchase, how do I redeem?

After you make a purchase, you’ll receive an email from us with your order information. That email will contain redemption instructions and your redeemable code. This information is also accessible by visiting VoicedMarket.com and logging into your account by clicking My Account (found at the top right of the website). After clicking My Account (make sure you’re logged in) click on Orders.

My redemption information isn’t working, what should I do?

First, make sure you are using the correct email address you used to make the purchase. If this is not the case, please email us at support@voicedmarket.com with your first a last name, email address, name of product so that we may search to find it.
